GG.BET Review: Esports Markets, Licence and Payouts

GG.BET is an esports-first sportsbook run by ASG 360 Services under a Curaçao licence held by River Entertainment B.V. It prices more esports titles and deeper per-map markets than most mainstream books. It also carries a Swedish prohibition order and a long-running pattern of withdrawal-delay complaints. This review sets out the licence, the restricted markets and the payout record, each with its source.

The corporate and regulatory record below was checked on the date shown against it. Commercial values we could not re-check against GG.BET's own terms are named but not published, because a stale figure on a page like this is worse than no figure.

Is GG.BET legitimate?

GG.BET is a licensed operator that has traded for years, and it carries both a regulator prohibition order and a long-running pattern of payout complaints. All three are true at once, and a review leading with any one of them alone is misleading you.

In a decision published on 13 March 2025, Sweden's gambling regulator Spelinspektionen issued a prohibition order against ASG 360 Services for offering gambling to Swedish players without a Swedish licence. The regulator recorded three grounds: no geoblocking of Swedish players, Swedish kronor offered as a currency, and Swedish-language affiliates used for marketing. It also found the operator responsible for several mirror sites and received no response from it. That decision covers the Swedish market and does not extend to any other.

A Curaçao licence is a real licence, and it is weaker than an MGA or UKGC licence in the way that matters to a bettor: recourse. A dispute the operator will not resolve has no regulator behind it that publishes decisions or compels a payout, which is why your practical protection is your own records and the operator's complaint route.

The community reading is harsher than the record supports. Three r/DotA2 threads across seven years describe GG.BET as a scam, and they are why this question gets asked. The registers show a mixed picture: complaints recur, and in most resolved cases the deciding factor was identity verification rather than a refusal to pay.

Esports coverage: titles, tournaments and market depth

GG.BET prices Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant alongside Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, StarCraft II, Overwatch and Call of Duty, with smaller titles around their own events. This is the one area where it clearly beats a mainstream sportsbook.

The corroborated column below is the part no affiliate review can give you. BO5 holds its own match data on four of those titles, so we can check the fixture list against what the book prices. For the other five we are reporting the operator's own listing, and we say so.

Depth peaks on Tier 1 and Tier 2 circuits. On an ESL Pro Tour or PGL event you will find per-map winners, handicaps and per-map totals beside the match winner, with live markets against a stream. It thins fast below that: on a regional qualifier the match winner is often the only market, which is the shape every book has.

Which markets you can actually bet

The menu runs from the match winner down to per-map and per-round markets on the bigger events, with player props appearing intermittently and live in-play on most tracked tournament matches. What follows is what this book lists, not what each market means.

Sign-up offer and its conditions

GG.BET runs a sportsbook welcome offer, and this review does not publish its amount or its wagering condition. Our own record and independent third-party sources disagree on whether a code is required at all, which means at least one of them is stale, and a bonus figure that is wrong is the fastest way for a page like this to lose the reader it just earned.

What we can tell you is the mechanism, which does not change: you register, you complete identity verification, and you activate the sportsbook offer from the promotions area of your account. BO5's code with GG.BET is BO5. Whether that unlocks the offer or simply attributes the sign-up is the specific thing being re-checked, so treat it as a tracking code until the terms say otherwise. Read the amount and the wagering requirement on the operator's own promotions page before you deposit, and note the qualifying-odds clause: an offer cleared only at short prices is a different offer from the one the headline figure describes.

One thing worth separating out. GG.BET also runs a casino with its own welcome offer on materially higher wagering terms. This review covers the sportsbook only, and no casino figure appears anywhere on this page.

Payments, payout speed and the withdrawal record

Cryptocurrency is the fastest route into and out of a GG.BET account, e-wallets sit in the middle and cards are slowest, and every route is conditional on a fully verified account. The published windows are not the constraint that bites.

We are not printing the specific windows. Our previous record showed a flat one to twenty-four hours for every method, which does not match what the operator publishes. Read them on GG.BET's own payments page, and read the account-limits clause while you are there.

What the complaint registers show

On AskGamblers, delayed-withdrawal complaints against GG.BET recur from 2021 through 2026, with cases still being filed at the time of this research. The themes are consistent: a withdrawal pending past the stated window despite completed identity checks, support unable to give an estimate, account limits after a run of successful withdrawals, and per-transaction caps splitting a larger withdrawal into instalments. AskGamblers has reopened older cases under its own dispute process after the operator stated a willingness to settle them.

Casino Guru's register reads differently, and both readings belong to the same picture. The resolved cases there turn on verification rather than on a refusal to pay: a 2021 case closed once the account was verified, a 2022 case closed when the withdrawal processed after roughly two weeks. Casino Guru's own guidance is that two weeks sits inside the normal range. The honest summary is a mixed record over five years, not a book that does not pay.

Verify before you deposit

This is the one instruction here that will change your experience. GG.BET, like most offshore books, runs its full identity check at the first withdrawal rather than at registration, so it lands at the moment you have money waiting and every day of it feels like a delay. Expect photo identification, proof of address and, where you funded by card, proof the card is yours. Send them while the account is empty. Across the resolved complaints we reviewed, verification timing decided the outcome more often than anything else.

Account limits and transaction caps

Two limits recur in the complaint corpus. A per-transaction cap does not stop a large withdrawal but splits it into instalments across days. An account limit applied after a run of wins reduces what you can stake or withdraw at once. Both are permitted under the terms, so read the account-limits clause before you deposit.

Where GG.BET accepts players, and the app

GG.BET does not accept players from the United States or the United Kingdom, excludes several regulated European markets, and is subject to a regulator prohibition order in Sweden. The list below comes from the operator's published terms, cross-checked against the registration form on the date shown.

The registration form is the reliable test: if your country is restricted, the sign-up will not complete. A book that would not take your registration will not resolve a dispute in your favour later either, so make this check before you deposit. Nothing here is legal advice.

Restricted markets

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • France
  • Spain
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Malta
  • Australia

Sweden is not on the operator's own exclusion list but is subject to a regulator prohibition order. Sanctioned jurisdictions are excluded separately. Terms and registration form checked 2 September 2026.

The GG.BET app

The app carries the same esports markets as the desktop site, including live in-play on tracked tournament matches. Availability by platform and store varies by market, so check the operator's own site rather than a store listing.

Who GG.BET suits, and who should look elsewhere

Good fit if

  • You bet CS2, Dota 2, LoL or Valorant regularly.
  • You want per-map markets mainstream books do not list.
  • You fund an account with cryptocurrency.
  • You are outside the restricted list.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want a licence with strong consumer recourse.
  • You are in the US, the UK or another restricted market.
  • You expect to withdraw large sums quickly.
  • You are primarily a casino player.

Two caps do most of the work in that 3.5. A regulator prohibition order holds the licence criterion at 2.0 and the overall score at 3.5, and a payout-complaint pattern spanning more than twelve months holds the payout criterion at 2.5. GG.BET questions

Is GG.BET legit?

GG.BET is a licensed operator rather than a fraudulent one, but it carries a regulatory action on record and a long-running pattern of payout complaints. The sportsbook is run by ASG 360 Services, a Cyprus-registered company, under a Curaçao licence held by its parent River Entertainment B.V. In a decision published on 13 March 2025, Sweden's gambling regulator Spelinspektionen issued a prohibition order against ASG 360 Services for offering gambling to Swedish players without a Swedish licence, citing the absence of geoblocking, the availability of Swedish currency and the use of Swedish-language affiliates. Separately, public complaint registers including AskGamblers show delayed-withdrawal complaints recurring from 2021 through 2026, with many resolved cases turning on completed identity verification. A Curaçao licence carries weaker consumer recourse than an MGA or UKGC licence.

How do you claim a GG.BET bonus?

Open an account, clear identity verification, and the sportsbook offer is then claimed from the promotions area rather than at the deposit screen. BO5's code with GG.BET is BO5, and whether it unlocks the offer or only attributes the sign-up is currently being re-checked against the operator's terms. Read the amount and the wagering requirement on GG.BET's own promotions page before you deposit rather than from any review.

How long do GG.BET withdrawals take?

GG.BET's withdrawal windows are fastest for cryptocurrency, slower for e-wallets and slowest for cards, and every route is conditional on a fully verified account. In practice the published window is not the constraint that bites. Across public complaint registers, the most common cause of a delayed GG.BET withdrawal is identity verification that is still incomplete when the withdrawal is requested, because the full check runs at the first withdrawal rather than at registration. Complaints on AskGamblers also describe per-transaction limits splitting larger withdrawals into instalments, and account limits applied after a run of wins. Complete verification before you deposit, keep your own transaction records, and use the operator's formal complaint route first.

Which countries can use GG.BET?

GG.BET does not accept players from the United States or the United Kingdom and excludes several regulated European markets. It is also subject to a prohibition order in Sweden. The registration form is the reliable test: if your country is restricted, the sign-up will not complete.

Which esports can you bet on at GG.BET?

GG.BET prices markets on the four titles BO5 tracks, Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant, alongside Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, StarCraft II, Overwatch and Call of Duty, with smaller titles appearing around their own tournaments. Market depth is at its widest on Tier 1 and Tier 2 circuits such as the ESL Pro Tour and the PGL events, where per-map winners, map handicaps and per-map totals are listed alongside the match winner. Coverage thins on regional qualifiers and lower-tier events, where the match winner may be the only market available.

Does GG.BET have an app?

Yes, and it carries the same esports markets as the desktop site. Availability by platform and store varies by market, so check what is offered in yours on the operator's own site.

Betting responsibly

Betting is entertainment with a cost, not a way to make money, and every market on this page is priced so the book keeps a margin. You must be 18 or older to bet, and 21 or older in some markets. Set a deposit limit before you place a first bet rather than after a losing run, and use the operator's own limit and self-exclusion tools if you need them. If betting has stopped feeling optional, GamCare, BeGambleAware and Gambling Therapy all offer free confidential support.
