What these tools do not do
None of them touches the game. They read public data and they generate text you paste in yourself, which is why none of them needs a login, an installer, or any access to your account.
None of them is an official Valve service either. Valve publishes no status page for Counter-Strike 2 and no per-region health, so anything here that describes the state of the game is a reading of a public endpoint with its limits stated, not an announcement.

Are the BO5 CS2 tools free?
Yes, all of them. There is no login, no account to create and nothing to install: every tool runs in the browser and works the same whether or not you have been here before.
Do any of these tools modify CS2 or risk a ban?
No. Every tool here either reads public data or produces text, and neither touches Counter-Strike 2. A crosshair code is pasted into the game's own share and import box under Settings, Game, Crosshair; a bind is a console line you paste into your own config. Nothing is injected into the game, nothing overlays it, and nothing automates any part of playing it. Anti-cheat is concerned with software that changes how the game runs, which reading a public endpoint and writing a config line do not.
Which tool should I use to look up a player?
Start with the FACEIT Finder if you have a nickname, or want a FACEIT level and Elo. Start with the stats tracker if you are working from a Steam profile. The two overlap because a linked account resolves either way, but each is quicker from its own end.
Where do these tools get their data?
Three sources, and each tool names its own. The FACEIT Finder reads the official FACEIT Data API. The stats tracker, the player count and the server status page all read Steam's public endpoints. The crosshair database is curated by hand, which is why every entry carries the month it was last verified rather than an unmarked age. None of it comes from Valve as an official service, and no tool here reports anything a public API does not already publish.
